This is a funny commercial that the Greek ISP named HOL (Hellas On Line) produced to convince dial-up users to move on to the next level of the Internet experience: broadband. It is true that there are still users in Greece that either don't know what broadband is or they think that it is more cheap to connect this way and that their needs are met with a dial-up connection.
