  • My mother did this at least once a week. She called me: fat, ugly, stupid, worthless, lazy, etc. whenever she was having a bad day. Eventually I got counseling, which helps btw, if you're dealing with a parent like this! I tried everything with her: lashing out, ignoring her, giving in, reasoning with her_ nothing worked. I cut ties with her 2 years ago, we don't talk or see each other. Best thing I ever did. There is no price for the peace I have when I come home everyday.

  • Also; she does not trust me or help me and blames me for everything! Everybody in my family helps me and cheers me up; but this **** never does. She just complains and rather cries about a torn wall then me being thrown into the fire! WTF! I hate my mom man. I can not take it anymore! I feel sorry for you as well; my mom is calmer but her actions are serious! She shakes when she gets bad....

  • @howe0880 Yeah I remember him posting this video online many years ago. Not here on youtube but in some other place. Can't recall where, I don't think it was ebaumsworld though they did host this video. Anyhow, he said he moved out and was living with his grandmother shortly after this. This guy has to be in his early 20s by now. Hope the mother got some help because that is some manipulative stuff right there. Just because you have a child does not mean you can treat them uncivilly.

  • my mom is the exact same way i am so sorry you have to go through this i am sorry for any kid having to go through this, one day we will be mothers and fathers and i thank my mom for showing me exactly what i will never to to my children WE ARE ALL WORTH BEING LOVED

  • @howe0880 Normally I would agree with you, but as a woman myself I found your statements to be sexist. It does not matter what gender you are: NO ONE should be "emotionally lazy/abusive." It is really just as likely to have an abusive father and enabler mother. My own father is extremely quick to anger and has also been abusive. Gender aside, I consider myself to be extremely level-tempered and even minded and would never treat my children the way my parents did. Do not be so quick to judge.

  • Did anyone ever locate this poor young man and assist him?

  • This guy at the end of the video is just like my dad. That guy just needs to stop breathing oxygen.

  • @Shadoessa Enabler father... that's the major point. Somewhere along the line, society thought it would be good to start bullying their own offspring. This in turn has made the next generation even meaner. Fathers are emotionally lazy sons of bitches, and the result is, women's hormones/emotions/low self-esteem ends up ruling the roost, rather than the right hand (left brain) of justice. We're not going to survive as a culture another 100 years. The genepool needs cleansed badly!

  • This is a more extreme version of how my parents are. Crazy mother, enabler father. A sister who saw what happened but it was never turned on her. I had no one to turn to until I moved out. My whole life I thought I was worthless and selfish because I never had anyone tell me differently. I'm still struggling with it. Am I in denial? Was it really all my fault? I can't know. I feel sorry for the boy in this vid. I hope he gets out of it someday.

  • My mom was like this today

  • All my life I had a mother like this and I never knew it was abuse until I moved out and I noticed that my self esteem improved considerably, I wan't depressed anymore I felt confident for once. looking back I realize I experienced abuse the majority of my life. I'm just glad to be out of it but at the same time it saddens me to see that there is no recourse for kids in this situation because this type of abuse doesn't leave any bruises or scars. If you work save up your money and move out. ASAP

  • Kill her in her sleep
