It's actually all about Homeopathy. As a "medical science", or a "philosophical worldview", Homeopathy is completely irrational and unreasonable -- and this video satirizes precisely that!

Not really - I didn't see even one example of actual homeopathy. They just blur the waters by throwing in stuff like ouija board and magic 8 ball, and then mention things like cannabis, ginseng, and aloe vera, which are all pretty well-established as having definite, scientifically repeatably demonstrable effects... (i.e. medicine - not homeopathy.) The this is cute for comedy but as for satire, it's pretty weak, and that's assuming their intent is genuine.

Cute, but the title is misleading. "Alternative Medicine" ≠ "Homeopathy"

I think the main reason homeopathy has managed to stick around is that a lot of people confuse "homeopathy" with "home remedies."
