  • Yes, it's really simple to do. You only need two sturdy square panels, I think mine are 60x60 cm (about 18"), some all thread rods and nuts. The actual bars can be ripped from any wood you may have lying around, just make sure you cut them thick enough for the amount of pressure you require: thicker pieces exert more downward force when bent. I hope that was useful.

  • Nope, just sticks of whatever wood i have lying around. You can actually control the pressure with different woods
