A lot of alcohols build out this cocktail including vodka, southern comfort, amaretto, triple sec and sloe gin. Bring in a bit of lime juice and orange juice to disperse some of this alcohol.

  • hey Derrick thank you soo much for this video. i just went to a bar last monday for my 21st bday and the bar tender had no idea what i was talking about. so i pulled out my phone and showed him the video. he then made the bar special that night red death. all thanks to you buddy

  • @bigsans22 wow, nice. Hopefully I made a new fan too :)

  • Dude, take purers and learn free pouring. You will look like pro!

  • @MikyMixer Free pouring is not a complicated technique, but it doesn't really speak to the "common man" audience. No need for intimidation when measuring cups are home standard products. :)

  • @everydaydrinkers So true mate! I watch your videos they are good but too long.... make shorter videos! :)

  • @MikyMixer sorry, but it's not going to happen :) Too many people like the length for me to try to change it up now.

  • i love these i have them whenever i goto a bar. I beleive the name refers to the fact that drinking them you really dont realize how much alcohol is in it so its easy to drink to much and wind im naked on the bar floor...

  • though you used a ton of orange juice, i usually pour a bit just to turn it to the correct color

  • WOW lol, sorry i havent been around for a while but the holidays are when i really get to watching drinking vids / ideas...

yeah MOST bars wont know how to make it and if the F' it up it taste horrible but will always be VERY strong

    and BTW i am a male =)

  • These were a hit at one of the restaurants where I tended bar. We also had the Red Devil, which is a Red Death with Sambuca poured on top.

  • At the bar I work at we make these with 151. It really gives the name a whole new meaning

  • when you gunna post my recipies on your website (chamboard me and winter in a glass or was it christmas in a glass)
