how did you teach him how to do that?

It was not that hard. I showed him how to turn the rope first before jumping it. Once he could turn the rope and handle the rope comfortably in each hand then we moved to the next phase: Jumping the rope. After about three or four days of 30 minutes sessions he was a pro! He's a gifted learner, a coach's dream, and I'm proud and fortunate to be his father. Thanks for visiting!

Bambam was inspired by him when he saw him doing the rope. Bam said to me, DaD that's what I be trying to do. I told him, keep practicing son. That's great work for real. The future of boxing is going to be better than ever. Lets stay in touch. Bam and DAD.
GOD bless!

I will definitely forward the message when Lil B gets home because he asked me on the way to school this morning, "Dad, did Bam Bam see me jump rope yet?" I told him I didn't know yet but to put his mind on school. So now when he gets home, I'll surprise him with the good news. Thanks for the encouragement and continued support. We'll gladly stay in touch. Killa B and Dad.
