  • PLEASE READ Is this Popular Natural Sweetener Worse than High Fructose Corn Syrup?

    mercola.com JUST PUT IN AGAVE

  • @submerino Must admit that I no longer buy Agave Nectar. I use Grade B Maple Syrup, Stevia leaf or extract, Yacon Syrup, Sucanat (sometimes), or Coconut Sugar. For this recipe, a few drops of Stevia (use less than u think you need and work up) works great when you add sweetness of dried fruits, and fresh berries or other fruit for parfait.

  • 4:38 haha the black is rolling his like "fuckin chia seed pudding"

  • I actually tried this today and it is AMAZING!!!! To anyone reading, make it, you will love it. Thanks for the recipe.

  • You're HOT

  • @Ceraphinas Not always, it depends on the company/producer and the process they use. That varied widely.

  • @bg11215 just because something says it is, doesn't mean it is. When Agave Nectar is extracted from the Cactus it goes through a heated process. :)

  • Himalayan pink salt? Hmmmmmmmmm should I wear my hiking boots? :)

  • I just ate some chia seeds with my uncooked oatmeal and it gave me a feeling of well being. Is that a normal response? Thanks for the recipe and I will give it a try.
