  • @Multieduardo1962 Not very often one I could listen to as much clarity when touching, is possible that Bach is not their favorite author, touches but it like anybody, its speed that in any other interpreter would be exaggeratedly fast, in her is perfect, Martha really you are incredible, surely you have not realized whom there is before and after your interpretations. Thanks to cheer the life to us although are awhile not more.

  • superb, composition and the playing

  • @NimbleTurtle13 I'm surprised and happy to find someone who lists the exact same 3 favorite bach performers! They all capture the essence of Bach in different but sincere ways. Too bad Martha's Bach repertoire is quite small.

  • @arturon111 Not quite. She is among my top 3 favorite bach players (Gould and Richter being the other) and while she does offer many things that these other two don't, Gould was a genius in his own right. Who had a better grasp of counterpoint and structure than Gould? Or the pure inventiveness? Martha however offers great range of dynamics and fluidity, which one does not find often in most players today and those who do often do at the cost of structure.

  • @trevjr --- Marta is better than Gould..... in EVERY WAY,...

  • absolutely brilliant, full of passion and rigour - she's certainly among the top players ever

Encore Bravo!!!

  • Divina Martina.... BachFong, you're so damn right about her speeding joy to us all...
