Home Ownership in Kenya

The housing industry in Kenya is going through a shift with a growing number of the middle class opting for home ownership. However a lot more people still find it difficult to buy or build a home, most scared off by the financial implications of owning a home. But how many of us know what a mortgage is? Or how can we go about getting one? Is it easier and wiser to buy a house or build one? Well earlier on i went tout to seek answers to these and other questions.
