@alex30085 Please allow me to prove your ignorance. Name a latin american or african country that is highly developed and produces advanced technology? They are mostly done by white countries and some asian. Making reforms in the U.S. will not simply shift the direction.
Neverthless, I am not really for progress since civlization has done nothing but destroyed the environment for the sake of "better" life. I admire how the natives lived but then the "advanced" people wiped out most of them.

@CommonSensePeter The problem is if the president wants to mess with blackwater they are going to digg alot of dirt up about the white house, thats why he is not doing anything yet.
