This is Tim's Week 21 Weekly Weightloss Update! Watch as Christian Artist, Tim Juillet loses 200 Pounds!!

After putting his music aside for over a year, watch as Tim gains better health and begins to share his music again.
Watch how God uses Tim as he works hard to honor God with his body. Great strongholds can be loosed when we
turn to Christ. Bible scripture gives us all hope and power to accomplish whatever God wants us to accomplish.
If it is in God's will, then it can be done. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us!!!

Starting Weight: 455
Current Weight: 380.8
Initial Goal: To be below 400 pounds (Goal is Met!!!)
Ultimate Goal: To be below 300 and back to my old college weight. I was between 230 & 270 in college,
so I will continue this journey until I reach atleast 255 which gives me 200 pounds off in total.

Check out: www.youtube.com/thataussiefamily to watch the Tube Losers Weight Loss Competition Videos. You can also
find the Tube Loser videos in my "Favorites" section.

  • Congratulations on the 8 pounds!! Be careful though, don't push it too hard after. Let your body fully recover from an illness and be patient in the first week after because often we will stay the same weight the first week after an illness. Don't worry though because you are still losing fat, it's just that in that first week your body is going to recover lost water and glycogen.

  • @Mr40by40 I've been thinking about your comment here regarding not pushing too hard too soon. I did go to the gym last night. I worked out on the treadmill for 20 minutes and did fine with that. I then moved over to the stairclimber and started to feel my body getting weak after about 10 minutes, so I stopped and went back to the treadmill for another 35 minutes but at a low speed. I've tried my best to listen to what my body is telling me. I agree, & don't want to over do it.

  • Glory be to God! Tim you are doing awesome. You keep up the good work. I remember when you first start lossing, you was worry about getting out the 400's in the 300's. And you said usually when you get in the 300's you end up right back to the 400's. But God, you are on your way. God is good. You keep up the great work. You are on your way in reaching your goal.

  • @ToGiveGlory I definately did hit a plateau. On my last 5 updates I was at 399, then 396, then 395, then 393, then 388, & now 380. It took 3 weeks to lose 6 pounds, & I was working out really hard... It's wierd how my body was not wanting to go below that 390 range. I think my body was just use to being at that weight, & it didn't know how to react. I was excited about the 8 pound loss, & I'm hoping to keep that weight goin down. Thanks for your encouragement. You are one of my favorite ytubers.

  • Awesome week!!! Your body will hit plateaus. Some weeks you feel like you majorly bust your butt in the gym and you hardly lose weight. Dont forget you are converting to more muscle. Just keep doing your plan. It is working great!!!

  • @ShrinkingFireman Thanks for the encouragement!!

  • @timjuillet Excellent. Sounds like you have it worked out well.

  • ur doin so gooddddddd

  • @GMPNY Thank you! Yeah, the muscle gain and water retention.... I agree with you totally! It's funny how these things can be confusing when you are in the middle looking in.. I was unhappy with my results 3 & 4 weeks ago.. But over the course of the last four weeks, I have lost a total of 15+ pounds.. I am fine with that result overall.

  • Water retention and muscle weight play such a huge part in our showing the pounds leaving us. Glad you are feeling better.
