Good posting, and a fair attempt at showing Ms. Benker as a matriarch orchestrator of the new council members. I'm assuming she is directing both Hansen and McCoy? She looks silly here when she is caught red-handed. There is some hard voting evidence now, however, that the gang-of-four bloc don't always vote the same. The brooding, sulking, shove-the-mike-away, eye-rolling behavior shown here is classic Ms. Benker! I like it-it adds character to otherwise drab council meetings.
