my suggestion is to leave out flashback arrestor.on a diesel there is no flame in chamber before tdc a gas motor flame is introduced 50 plus degrees btdc very low possibility of flashback in powerstroke.the highest chance i can think of is static discharge from your hvdc injectors. they operate at over 100 volts. but that is still very unlikely tocause flashback. your compresion fittin on bubbler is an effective pressure release so no damage to cell should occure.

we are all guilty of being sheep to some degree in the hho world. I am tring to break that cycle. as far as the 10feet thins when this stuf lights i have still photos of 30 ft of tube lit up at once. this stuff moves at an incredible speed. but the chance of you lighting it in the powerstroke is probably less than a 5% chance. great vids mars. look forward to more info and results.

MAMBO JUMBO GUYS !!! WE CAN ALL TEST HHO GAS IN UNLIMITED SUPPLY !! hydrogen are stored in bottles and so is oxygen... try feeding them in your car in varying amounts and ratio.. THE RESULT WILL be .. " hydrogen is the only gas needed to have a proper internal combustion ' TRY IT !!!

ContinuedI would rather see a slight amount of positive pressure on the cell help prevent water vapor from forming. It has pretty much been proven that a vacuum just causes the water to boil at a lower temp. On future HHO cells I would like to have a system that run under enough pressure reserve that I could regulate and vary the flow of HHO in to the intake.

Hi busybill2:
Actually I will probably use 1/4" hose on the next generator. A 1/4" hose can move plenty of gas and has less volume in case of a spark. I have eliminated the check valves in the HHO stream. I now have a check valve that allows the reservoir to draw air when it cools and that prevents water from the bubbler from being sucked back. Some people think that you need to vacuum the HHO off the cell, I do not. Continues

Frist I say that your safe with the 2 bubblers you have.Second for 3.3liters a Min.get a bigger hose at lest 1/2 inch those check values are a big restriction get a bigger one.

And the answer to to that is:
"Crrrock: I just stuffed the hose down the inlet snorkel"
And this is because the bubbler will give u protection, but at the same time IT WILL clean the gas of any water "mist" that the cell is also producing. Yes, very fine water-mist, like a fog comes off the surface of water in the hho-cell, i have seen this in all of my cells. It will expand to steam in the combustion, giving more power in engine, and faster acceleration = less gas usage :)

instead of using a flashback arrester, use a "dryer" which is just a mini bubbler. u can loosely pack wool in it if you want, but I recommend water, jsut enough to cover the output from the cell.
do diesels have alot of problems with the engines because im thinking of getting a 1999 f250 diesel and wanted to know , great videos

@devman224224 Hi: I have 118,000 trouble free miles on mine. Check out powerstrokehelp here on Youtube, he has 750,000 trouble free miles on his. However the maintenance is high. For instance it takes 15 quarts to change the oil.

Look, if you're looking for added fuel milage for a 7.3 liter turbo, do the following. Replace the regular intake filter with a K&N air filter. Then put on a 4 inch straight pipe exhaust from the turbo back. Finally, put on a hypertech edge performance chip on the engine. After doing these 3 simple things, your diesel will be getting anywhere between 23-28 mpg. This is proven I have done it myself. Told to me by a ford master mechanic that is getting 19.5 mpg on an old 7.3 diesel.

Hi krazikuban87: Check out my Playllist "Powerstroke MPG upgrades" and you will see that I have done all your suggestions and more except that I currently don't have a chip installed.
My truck is a 4X4 Crewcab dually with an automatic trans and 4:11 Gears. It will not get as good MPG as smaller stick shift Powerstroke.
Good Luck, Mars
