There is other video of how they work. There is two swing arms that make the flap track the angle I need.

It is not done yet, should be flying spring of 2010. It will be done late this fall, but the weather will turn to cold.

Wow! For an R/C bomber this size, how many R/C operators does it need? 2, 3 or how many?

It will take two radios. 1 for control systems, and the other for gear, flaps, doors, stuff.
