@immak4u I was going to say something rude, but I understand that you really may not know. The unsub, Vincent, has OCD - Obsessive Complusive Disorder. It's a mental illness that takes control of your daily routine. He has to follow a strict routine in order to live. The bar of soap is a common ritual that people with OCD follow. Their brain tells them that this is what they have to do, and they have to listen. I suggest actually looking it up to get more info, because I'm only 15. :)

what a stupid unsub. he takes out a new soap bar, washes hands one time and throws away the soap...

he can use paper soap! and save a lot of money.
