@cottoncandypoms Thankyou for your posting after being diagnosed I am constantly looking for answers and will look up fish oil.PLEASE if you are or know anyone on any Aspatame products i.e nutrasweet,Equaland spoonful etc, stop using emediately its poisoning are bodies and has a massive link to "fibromyalgia"

Lucky enough I have fought my corner and now on a 10 week M.E. course plus disposing of the wreckless people in my life! WE need to take care of ourselves first, read, watch and information so we can somehow get back some normality. But then we are the lucky ones we know what we got! how many people Don't! My mother suffers from FM as do I. I hurt all the time and never have enough energy to do anything. I also don't sleep and have been suffering from severe "fibro fog" to where I can't remember my fiance's name or what class I am going to because I've forgotten what day it is! My doctor prescribed antidepres right off the bat, but that hasnt worked at all. I'm def not being taken seriously by them since they still wont listen when I say its not workin. my mother suffers from FM and it must be genetic because i have been feeling the effects of it for years thinking that everyone feels this way and that i am being a baby about the pain...and nothing is wrong with me and i am lazy and i am affraid to go to a doctor because they will do what they did to my mother to me and say it's something else or just in my head i need to find a doctor that will recognize that it is possibe for me to have and that it is real
