@MissDMNT You have to enter your registration code that you get when you purchase the program from Photodex. If you haven't purchased it from them, then you are using an evaluation version.

No, I'm afraid it's not a Photodex product. I made the Shatter Mask myself and you can purchase it from Choice Backgrounds.
