It's live, there's plenty of parts in the song where you can tell. For example, some of the words are extended. You have to be a Geri fan to really hear the things. She says some words differently. And if she was lipsynching, they'd have kept the backing vocals on the track.

The Spanish parts are certainly live. I do not know about the rest, but it sounds almost fifty-fifty, especially because you can hear her breath every now and then, and the voice is unlike the studio recording.
