Soviets gymnastics of the 70's and 80's. Made mostly from training footage. Hope the clips from the Yurchenko doc aren't too dark, as they were on my computer until I lightened the screen up.

I would agree with you but heyyy Anna Pavlova is even more elegant than Nastia. So Russia still keeps the title.

Total shit... I'm not actually wake up after the 70 years of history fucked up in 5/10 days.....How sad it is?!?!... you people of the west can't really understand russian people.

Does anyone know what happened with Natalia Laschenova's green card? She and her family were in danger of being deported a few years ago and the US gov't was taking its own, sweet time approving their paperwork so they could stay and work here. I can't find any info more recent than '08 and I have no idea whether they got everything worked out so they could stay here.

Interesting video - Soviet-era gymnastics with Contemporary-Christian Worship Music. Great video! I miss the old-school gymnastics - I just feel there is no art anymore in gymnastics, its all SKILL-SKILL-SKILL!!!
