i am wheelchair user so even though it has disabled bathroom, my wheelchair wont be able to get in the shower through the glass panel door.we need wetroom.
You know what ? I don't think I mind an "outdated" television. It really doesn't matter when you come to Paris because no one comes there to watch TV in a hotel room all day. I look for nice looking rooms with decor or a picture on the wall but the television shape, size or age is unimportant to me personally. The TV seems to be from the 90's, which wasn't that long ago either. It's got a remote control!! At least it's not a 50's or 60's TV with a turning dial.
The top four floors were being extensively renovated, and so, my room was way down of level three because they said I might otherwise hear drilling etc.
It wasn't that expensive when I stayed there (600 FF), I think that 250 Euros is equal to less than that nowadays, especially as they, as you seem to think have let the place go, a bit.
There is a nice-enough cheap hotel next door; ask for the top floor view-room.
Will visit this accessible hotel end of this year.
