Cannabis is a plant used to make hemp and marijuana. Marijuana is a drug made of dried cannabis leaves. I'm American, and I've never heard of mexican workers being called marijuana, so unless you can back up that claim with some actual source, all we're going to do is laugh at your stupidity.

what's good to mention is that the smoke produced by rolling weed in a joint is just as bad as any smoke inhaled(cigars, cigarettes, campfire, etc.). and like you said, if you use a vapourizer to inhale only pure THC then the only effect is that minor space out or general high.

2nd comment: IF quality matters then the price of that object isn't of concern to you. Price isn't what a decent salesman relies on to push his product to the public anyways, McDonalds for example is known for same taste worldwide, kids toys(advertise for children to want to come) and most important convenience(practicality). Do you think it is practical to eat off the dollar menu every day? It's cheaper BUT, causes vast amount of health problems, see why your logic fails?

if you smoke pure out of a pipe, bong or vaporizer then after about 50 years of regular use(considering only weed smoke in your lungs your will take in around 10% less oxygen. Not enough to hurt you. If you use papers or cigarellos, which both contain carcinogens, then you may as well start smoking cigarettes too. Pure weed = little to no harm. Especially if you vape(no smoke). Other than that you might space out from time to time. Nothing bad. Forreals.
