That is profound. Think about the "G.I.Bill" for a minute. Right now that money is given to "colleges and universities" in the form of tuition payments in order to get a "job" as a "wage slave".

What if that money were deposited instead in a "capital account" of a veteran returning from Iraq and Afghanistan !?
