There are thousands of nurses and doctors that leave south africa or africa to work in london or usa.Africa has a huge brain drain problem.People that get education run away to america or europe instead of staying home and building theire own countries.

That is so sad.
I was kept in hospital for 5 days when I had my son, okay granted he was a ceserean but still? Can you imagine being in labour for 36 odd hours, pushing your baby out and then you have to go home??? Hells bells man.
