Master Cheng Jincai is a successor of the 18th generation Grand master Chen Zhaokui in North America. He is Chairman of USA Chen Tai Chi Federation. He is also an official national Tai Chi tournament judge and a member of Board of Advisors for the U.S.A Wushu-Kungfu Federation. Master Cheng has been featured in several magazines, interviewed in numerous newspaper articles, and showcased in several local news reports. He opens a Chen Style Tai Chi school that is also available online now. He has also recorded the Chen Style Tai Chi in DVDs, Videos and books, which are available for sale online

The "Ba Fa" is the eight methods. Ba means eight and Fa means method. It is a set of 8 foundational "energies" and postures that help students new to the Chen style. The eight posture are: ward-off, roll back, press, push, grabbing, breaking, elbowing and shouldering. Hope that helps.
