Bush was only partly to blame for 9/11. As stated, he had the one chance in Tora Bora to kill him and it didn't happen. Clinton had 8-10 and did nothing. There are reports out that he was too busy with Monica Lewinsky when the Sudanese offered bin Laden to the U.S. (can't verify if that's true).Also, for those blaming Bush about reports that bin Laden would attack the U.S., no shit? That's common knowledge. Our contact in Afghanistan who was figthing osama told us that and died days before 9/11

This isn't true because he was on TV and said he wanted to kill him and people rejected the idea. If he was lying and people knew about it then they are cowards for not coming forward then. Also I know it is true not only because of that but because if your in the military and about to go to war you get an automated phone message when the homeland security threat reaches red that you might have to go.

Lets look at Clintons track record that led up to 911. Somalia, 1st WTC attacks,Khobar towers in Saudi, 2 U.S. Embassys in Africa,U.S.S. Cole.All unanswered attacks on our assets Clinton could have had Bin Laden twice. First when the Sudan offered him up since they knew exactly where he was. 2nd when his plane left the Sudan for Yemen.Bill didn't want to kill innocent people on the jet,but thats ok if ours died on 911. Bush was warned though and he did nothing. Both should be hung
