population reduction is necessary? what a stupid idea. based on what evidence? the entire worlds population could fit in texas. so there is no problem with space. as far as food. we have the worlds best farmland in the world we pay farmers billions NOT to grow food. india has been doing that for a long time too. so there is no problem for food either. the Idea that people have to practice "birth control" and not have kids because of overpopulation does not stand up to the facts.

There are people who actively spit on nature and they are rotten to the core. Most of them are Republicans these days. That's just how it is.

Many people are under the illusion that money is some sort of physical resource which can be traded equitably for anything nature creates on its own. Major lie. But once that ideology is in place, everything gets a price tag and crucial concepts like scarcity, depletion and pollution and loss of species habitat are automatically ignored. It is the ultimate arrogance, and people who practice it deserve little respect. They are scumbags for the most part.

It's not a matter of contempt for ALL humans, just ones too stupid and/or greedy to see that "the environment" is the only reason we exist in the first place. Such people deserve to be resented. They steal from the future.

Anti-enviros have their priorities backwards. If nature vanished, people wouldn't last more than a few days, but the converse would restore balance in the world. Set your priorities with THAT knowledge, not blind faith in non-stop population growth and resource pillaging.

Also, no environmentalist advocates killing humans to reduce population, lol. Population reduction is absolutely necessary if we wish human life and life in general to continue on Earth in the future. This is a matter of voluntary birth control and a reduction in the reproduction rate though, not a matter of killing people haha, and nobody ever implied that it was. To say that environmentalists want to kill people to depopulate the Earth is outright slander.

This video is ridiculous. Environmentalists are pro-human: if humans want to survive on this Earth, we need to make sure that the ecosystems that sustain us will continue to be there in the future. At the rate we are destroying the Earth, there will be nothing left for us before long. To not be environmentalist is to be anti-human. Environmental degradation causes respiratory disease, skin cancer, damages our food supply, and destroys the natural beauty that makes human life worth living.
