Notice how all the people in the back are lip sinking. They want to let loose and join the fun, but they might "look undignified." So they go through life missing all the chances for fun, so they can look the way "no one cares about." If people had more fun on the subways maybe there would be less crime, more camaraderie, and yes... "Music." The universal language!
