I don't know if it is unusual or not for two officers to be present. That the officer fired his weapon is what made this situation noteworthy. As for the sound, a part for the video camera's wireless microphone was on order, so the audio was not working at the time the video was recorded.

That Officer doesn't even deserve to be an officer. When you stop somebody you touch the car so if the car drives away they know that you had that car stopped. 2. you don't stand right at the window you stand behind the driver at an angle looking where the hands are of the stopped car. if there's a passenger you say Passenger Put your hands on the dash. the officer could get shot standing there where if he was behind the he has the door frame to protect him and the driver reach behind him.

And yes I know that if you get fat like me AND your a cop, you won't be able to catch up to criminals at traffic stops that NEED catching!
