@guiradobrasil I guess you're right, I haven't heard her live so i can't tell. But many people have told me they could barely hear her from the second row. Probably it depends on the acoustic and on the occasion. But one thing is sure, she does not have a big voice as it appears in recordings.
Anyway i love her expressivity.

I love Ceci, and who cares if she's not really suited for the role of Carmen? It's nice when opera singers sing arias in concert which they can't sing the whole role of, because they get to put their own spin on them. Renee Fleming's voice can't take on Tosca or Butterfly, but she sings a heart-rending "Vissi d'Arte" and "Un Bel Di." Some purists can't appreciate a beautiful voice singing beautiful music because it isn't exactly the way they're used to hearing it, but I say Brava Bartoli!

@carminacat93 THANK YOU! I could not agree more completely. That's what concert performances are about- it's a chance for a singer to step outside their wheelhouse and have a bit of fun, to enjoy things (s)he doesn't get the chance to do in the stage career. I think too often people forget that singers are people, not public property. We don't necessarily want to do the same thing over and over again just because it's what people want- we have the right to use OUR voices in the way WE want to!
