Caught! dog pooping in neighbor's yard- bare handed pickup!

***PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION!***

There's an old man that lives down the road, every day he walks his dog about 7 am so his dog can shit on other people's property. LAWN, SIDEWALKS, DRIVEWAYS, EVEN ONCE ON THE BOTTOM STEP OF THE FRONT PORCH. He never brings a bag, never picks it up. EVERY DAY FOR YEARS. He's been confronted in the past by other neighbors and either denies it or says he'll pick it up later. After finding a pile yesterday on our sidewalk in front of the front porch, I decided I had enough and followed him today. Consider it a strike 3 after being warned (at least) twice before. After rounding the corner, the dog did his thing. The result: picking it up and taking it home with his bare hands. For the people out there that think what he did was ok or think I was a big meanie to the poor innocent old man, please let me know where you live. No, I'm not a tough guy looking to find you. However, I will send you a care package with all the crap you could want. You can then scatter it around your property and enjoy avoiding land mines just like I and other neighbors have for years now.

Update 6/15/11: Lol, yes this video somehow was found by producers of ABC's 20/20. A big thanks to the producer of the show, Andrew Paparella, for taking the time to view it and include it in their segment. I was very skeptical at first but his persistence made me a believer. Made my day for sure!
