I went from 125 lbs to 180... Got a treadmill n working out for 40 mins a day is doing nothing ... Thank u for this video!!! My son passed away due to SIDS aka sudden infant death syndrome n may :( so thus gives me so much to do now since I have so much time in my hands... Thank you!!! Maybe now I can get this excess belly fat off!!

@eliquintori3 Have you considered or checked to see if you have abdominal separation which is diastasis recti? There are special rehab ab exercises to repair and bring the rectus abdominus (6 pack muscles) back together.

Lauren how come you have not responded to eliquintori3's comment from 2009. Sounds like she may have diastasi recti. Do you have any advice or strategies on how to repair abdominal separation?

I was carrying a very big baby for my size which changed the shape of my belly button. 8-( It use to be an inny. Now it is half and half.

no it is for everyone. But I really encourage those who went through a pregnancy to work on these exercises.
