Oh my god... Everytime Giacomini makes sound, it overwhelm my sense of listening!!! He is sheer of AWESOMENESS !!!

@bokaba1 and he even got a huge high C even when is 70 he sings the hig C effortless( I had the pleasure t o here him do it live last year)!! And you can see it the other way around to: today there arent many dramatic tenors anymore. So he still can sing certain roles the way it should be.

how many times have you heard him live? Just curious because a recording and a live performance are two different things. One could say the same about Caruso, also.

I love Giacomini, sure he's got As and B flats, but his voice is just too dark for many tenor roles and often changes the character intended by the composer.
