This is a concept I (Brian Devine) developed to help track my progress on projects in design school. Essentially you start with a list of tasks on one page. You check off those you completed and cut a window in the next day's page for those that weren't completed. These carry over to the next day's list and you have new spots where you completed ones.

It creates a pretty cool visual metaphor for which tasks are "piling up" over time.

  • so interesting...you should do lik Ng....come up with your own system and put it out there. Design a planner that is.

    keep the good work

  • Neat but too much work

  • retarded

  • holy shit, this could be the absolute worst time management system ever. There is an award for that right?....then why did you do it?

  • my god- how long does it take to cut out those neat slots every day- I think you need another system my friend- ure just procrastinating

  • way to time consuming, just saying. I could write all those tasks again in the time it took you to cut them out. or. just have a To do list at the front of your moleskine.

  • thats sweet, but doing it , the cutting i mean, would get me to procrastinate more I think, very cool

  • i like it!
