This movie was such a mistake on so many levels.... Except alicia Silverstone.

Actually, she isn't. In a deleted scene, you see that Margaret was a friend of Alfred's. Alfred loved Margaret (Peg) like a sister.

Yeah. Introduced in the sixties as Jim's daughter, her history has been altered over the years, making her Jim's niece, who he adopted.

To me, it did. It was one of the first Batman movies I saw. When you watch it as a kid, as I did, you can't find anything wrong with it.
