I finally went LED, this is my Marineland LED lighting system on my 20 gallon aquarium. It has 8 white LEDs and 4 blue LEDs.

  • how do u make ur canopy fit on ur tank? my tank is like 25 in...and the canopy is like 24 in and the canopy keeps falling in...

  • @ippie888 Hmm, not sure I just went to the fish store and got a glass top for a 20 gallon long and it fit correctly. The dimensions should be the same as the tank it self

  • Blue led in tropical tank ? well....

    Should have at least warm white led or red led, the red wavelength is very important in tropical tanks.

  • I have the deep blue solar xtreme and its ten times better than any lighting l have seen so far

  • @sharkl11 Yes, a glass top necessary. The UVA / UVB rays need to be blocked, the rays cannot penetrate through the glass top.
