The camera is very shaky. Did you use a steady-cam? A Tri-pod can substitute as a steady-cam if you don't have one.
Also, how did you mic and edit the two sided conversations. The audio editing is really choppy. Ambient noise changes from loud to soft constantly. But for your first film, with no budget, it's pretty good!
