The Upper List, Pt. 1: Satirical Antler Keeper

A remix of Dream Theater's epic, Metropolis, Pt. 1: The Miracle and the Sleeper.

To DT Fans: I am a prog metalhead by far, this is only a minor side project I thought would keep me busy. And I like what has turned out. I did rearrange some parts, I converted the 6/8 and 12/8 riffs to 4/4 (without losing the tempo) and also switched around some parts, etc. I took the parts that sounded the best suited for what I had in mind, and the riffs that defined this song. So naturally, I left LaBrie and the first verses out. XD

To electronic music fans: What specific genre is this? I'm having a hard time figuring it out.

To the curious: I did everything exclusively in FLStudio, using mostly the Sytrus and 3xOsc plug-ins, a few samples and lots of heavy filtering and mixer effects.
