What makes you think the LOL SCRIPTED aspect of wrestling ONLY comes into play when it's an intergender match? If Rey Mysterio can beat Big Show and Mark Henry, it's perfectly plausible for a woman the size of SDR to beat a man the size of Claudio, even though I think she lost this match so it's a moot point.

You're not misogynist if you win a match, you're misogynist if you REFUSE TO DO THE JOB SIMPLY BECAUSE SHE'S A WOMAN AND LEGIT BEAT HER UP INSTEAD. A woman beating a man in a pro-wrasslin' match (if done properly) is empowering the same way Steve Austin beating Vince McMahon was empowering and Ron Simmons being the first black WCW world champ was empowering. Ideally, wresting is a morality play whose stories comfort the disenfranchised masses; root for the underdog and all that.

why the double standard? why am i mysogynistic for beating her but shes' empowered for beating me? perhaps youre not familar with the feminist movement of the 60s and 70s. women demanded equality. if they are so equal they should take it as well as dish it out. thats equal. why must men be obliged to fake it and let her win? if shes equal let her, do it for real. if she cant then suffer the consequences. if men beat women its disrespectful, but she beats him its acceptable. thats selfish
