I find this immensely frustrating. I am trying to find out how to buy this for my company and what all accessories does it need.  (special paper? readers? software? etc) But no one at Lexmark even seems to know this product exists much less where I can get more info/answers to my questions/or even price information. Tech support keeps asking me for a serial number on my printer (I don't have one yet!) and the websight shows the tray as an accessory but there is no price or way to add to cart.
