at 0:08? yeah...it's not the tape, folks...it's the live graphics "melting," indeed (i wonder why, though)...

Wow...a unique style weather presentation, even by 1988 standards.
And is it just me, or does the weatherguy sound like Norm MacDonald? (I'm not saying all Canadians sound similar, I just couldn't help but make a comparison)

Ah, yes... I was a baby at the time, a month or two old, and my house didn't have air conditioning yet (we got it the following year).

I understand it's poor tape quality, but it looks like the CityPulse Tonight logo is melting...
