A Piper Pawnee takes-off, glider in tow, with about a 10 to 12 knot tail wind at Warner Springs, California. Looks like he uses every bit of the runway and makes a slow turning climb-out. I guess it's par for the course to take-off down-wind there. The Piper Cub tow plane takes off with a similar long roll but a much steeper climb-out.
That was close!
