We didn't have the valve covers vented. Oil pressure blew the seal, then the oil cooler, then the filter. Lost all oil eventually.

How far did you get? What happen? Are you going to compete again?

We made it to Loreto. Almost 900 miles. Blew the engine and rear suspesion/cagel broke. We rebuilt the car with a new and stronger rear design. We have a new class 12 car for this years Baja 1000. We will race the class11 again, but it's on the back burner for now.
