I followed up on an application and I kinda got yelled at. The women must have been busy but she said that if they looked at it and wanted me then they would call me. I followed these rules and she didnt really care.

Tip: Always proof read your resume/CV and tailor it to the job for which you are posting. 2 things that get a resume shoved to the bottom of the stack (or file 13) quickest is a resume that looks like a "one size fits all" (doesn't address the skill sets/requirements of the job in question) and a resume that has typos in it. I can't count the number of resume's I've seen that have both failings. I says "I don't care enough to do this right."
