  • Adore adore adore Greer, and she looks so fantastic here! Love how she's cracks up after the Lady Bird joke.

  • Great piece about the different hairstyles! The Smothers Brothers were so original.

  • @lorrainewands

Sarcasm can be logic's best tool for this kind of situation.

  • @outinsider haha. actually...I think you may be onto something ;)

  • @PappyCaligula

How DARE an artist have a political opinion and argue such? They should just shut up and entertain, like they are supposed to. After all, in our society that now has Snooki and The View to look to for entertainment, why should artists engage us outside of mindless entertainment? I mean, who do they think they are, American citizens with freedom of speech?

  • @Emgee78 I've often wondered about the word disgruntled, To night I'm very gruntled :)

  • This is below her BUT it looks like she was having fun. Anyway, it proves that alot of late-60's tv didn't age well. I remember this. It wasn't THAT funny then and is even less so now. The Smother's Brother's could do some of the funniest stuff ever BUT I think it was the fact, their political rants ruined it all. They used "the hammer" to hit you over the head with it so often, they lost the art of creative lampoon. They deserved to get canned from CBS for that reason alone.

  • Greer: "Much too butch!" HA! She's so funny! I adore her!

  • Thank you so much for posting this. Greer looked wonderful and was such a laugh. It is wonderful to see that someone who often played a 'great lady' in films had a great sense of humour and I'm sure would have been great fun in real life.

  • So much fun! Greer looked wonderful and what a hoot seeing her crack up after the "Ladybird" joke. Great lady. Thanks for sharing.
