100% veg cole slaw, from a great recipe i recently found on the you-know-what: shredded cabbage few chopped scallions chopped herbs of choice (cilantro, mint, parsley, etc.) lime juice grainy mustard olive oil salt to, um, taste? bit of sugar, my shugha honey pie mix it up, baby. for variety, add some currants if yer into it, or diced apples, or substitute half of cabbage with fennel sliced paper-thin on a mandolin. hey, i'm a poet and don't even ... love you, and thanks, Sanjay!!!
