I didn't know that Audie Murphy was in the WHC... Joking apart - takes me back to the days when I hid beind the setee because I thought fowk on the telly could see me when I was getting changed to go to bed.. (I was a wee lassie).

When it mades this clip? 1960? 1970? or 50 years ?

I too loved the White Heather Club. I recall them coming to Aberfeldy (where I lived) and performing at the Black Watch Statue by the River Tay. Robin Hall and Jimmy MacGregor were there too.. I recall my pal wanting their autograph as they posed in their car in the square and they declined.. saying let's get out of here.. I never liked them afer that...

Wonderful video - thanks for posting it.
My mother never missed an episode of the WHC. Us kids thought it pretty boring, but now I see it again I really appreciate how good it is. Real people having a good time together with no gimmicks. And doesn't everyone looks so slim? Please post more!! Do you have any of Duncan McCrae?
