Umoja House Helps Homeless Teens

Umoja House is a residence for homeless teens run by Youth Continuum, a charitable organization which provides at-risk youth with the tools they need to become successful adults. Margarita and Celma are sisters who were orphaned at the age of ten and found a stable, family-like atmosphere at Umoja House that allowed them to thrive and become successful college students
