Iam gonna socket the transistors..iam going to do the gain mod and also put a third knob for the bias..ill make a vid soon waiting for parts

seems to me teh 2n5088 has a little more low end..iam building a muff fuzz clone thats asking for 2n5088.The BC108's sound more mid high and tighter

The BC108's also have a lot of low end as well but not as much gain as the 2N5088's, the input/output coupling caps you use also changes the resonant peak frequency. So keep that in mind with your Fuzz build.
