Yeah, I suspected that there is a higher end model. How much does it cost? I hope it's not too far over RM2k though.

But I suspect its gonna be RM6k.... because I've seen small laptops cost that much before.

But hey, at least its cheaper than the laptops we bought in 1993. =.=

there is a higher end model. there is the p with a 1.8ghz processor + ssd. which is what I ordered. but the price is ridiculous. unless you are a total tech junkie with money to blow. then I suggest waiting for the price for these things to come down.

The Vaio P doesn't suck. It blows. Just kidding lol!

You're right; Windows 7 is the way to go with the Vaio P. The Vista is more for desktops and entertainment laptops (such as that from Alienware). They should make more laptops that are as small as the Vaio P, albeit a much better design.

But at this rate I wouldn't mind owning one. Even second hand. If anyone decides to sell off their Vaio P I am more than happy to purchase it half off LOL

The moment I saw the Vaio Pocket, I just felt that I needed it. It is ultraportable and lightweight, and it would be like a dream if I had a full-sized keyboard laptop to bring around with me anytime, anywhere.

People complain about the Track Stick, but I don't mind using a mouse,because I don't like the touch pad either.

The only gripe I have with Vaio Laptops is the unresponsiveness of the keys. I had a CR and it was horrible and too flat and you can't type fast. I hope this Vaio is better.

Hmm.. I am wondering- The color of the white one is called "Crystal White", does that mean the lid always has a 'glittery' effect? because that'd not be wonderful.. I'm kind of having a hard time picking which one to order, be it the black or the white one, I'd like to get white but if it's glittery it may be a bit annoying..

suggestions perhaps?

heh, design and lightweight are the main reason I'm going for it over a vaio FW390 CTO... I'll definitely be putting up a full review as well as ways to tweek it to play back everything perfectly, and optimize speed :)

Hopefully if someone else is on the fence like me, they can look into my in-depth review when I get it ^_^

I already have weaker tablets, iphone, nokia n810, mylo com 2, this would be a step up at least xD
