yesterday i saw one of these in curacao at night
it came down as a falling star then slowed down and started fading away.
a few second later it turned into a white light and started to move.
while it was moving it turned on and of. its the second time it has happend.

@mommaseal i saw them too in Fairfax County, Virginia about 12:30 am. I yelled for my mom to come and look. Our house sits at the highest point in our neighborhood. My father was an aviator I know what planes and flares look like. Unless there is some kinda new thing out I am pretty certain they aren't chinese lanterns.

They were seen in Virginia, USA right before midnight then again a few minutes after and then again at about 1:00 a.m. These aren't chinese lanterns. They wouldn't move like that.

I saw these orbs moving over cape town, south africa. Moving from south to north. Real fast. One orb passed real close to a SAA flight bound for Cape Town International airport at about 21:00

I saw the same thing just 5 mins after new years over ohio. It was atleast 9 of these lights..it was very weird and the most mind boggling thing or things I've ever seen.

@B3CKVH Miles in a matter of seconds? WOW!!!... How do you know? You are evidently very gifted and skillful!! I have to ask as the Elf on my left sholuder thinks it's small, near and wafting on a light breeze; whereas the Elf on my right shoulder says it's spacehip sized, miles away and travelling uber fast. I have to ask as I want to patent the 'gift' you have as EVERY pilot in the world would love to have the ability to judge size/distance in the sky, (especially at night). Thanks ;-)
